What to expect

Stretch

Aging causing loss of elasticity in muscles. As joints degenerate the combination causes stiffness. 

 

That is why stretching and keeping that elasticity is important so that muscles can quickly react to environment. 

Mobility

Staying upright and moving forward is necessary for activities of living, transportation and self care.

Therefore the mobility of the key joints determines efficiency of movement 

Aerobic

Aging increases energy expenditure due to stiffness in tissues. 

 

Efficiency in this system determines recovery from illness and overall health

Rehabilitation
